Awesome production, great material, very cool. Have you heard of "The Keep"? I've never seen this movie, but it features McKellen, Nazis, Demons, etc. An early 80s Michael Mann film from before "Miami Vice" days.
Yeah, Hellboy should be a good one. Guillermo Del Toro turned down a bunch of other movies to do it - He's also making The Hobbit 1&2 around 2010.
Thanks Adam - Nope - never saw that one - I forgot to mention McKellen in the Da vinci Code as well - He really resonates quite heavily with the Nazi, Pagan Solar religion theme.

Del Toro made an excellent classic ( much better than Mann's "The Keep" ) called "Chronos". Chronos starred Pearlman as a mixed up bad guy. The metaphors within the film are striking as an accidental alchemist explores a fountain of youth in the form of an insect in a gold prison whose sting induces life giving effects. Reminds me of monatomic gold and its soul stealing long term effect.
Hollywood, Pinewood, Baliwood have the personas of people carefully mapped out. Nothing is left to chance. Any awake viewer can see the obvious overlap of character development and use in the life of celebrities. The illuminatti should bring in some fresh bloodlines rather than the templar lineage they cast from, like Templars Kevin Bacon ( Francis Bacon ) and Kevin Costner ( Robbing Hood Rothschild ). K as in KKK is number 13 isn't it. 3-13 = 7

I had a dream with a Cthulhu-like figure where it's eyes came out of it's body, and tried to embed themselves within people, similar to the Samael eggs in Hellboy 1. A previous dream involved a similar Octopus figure dissolving again into millions of little points of light and reconfiguring into some sort of all seeing eye talisman. It makes me wonder, if like you say, the Cthulhu consciousness is seeking ways of integrating into material consciousness.

Stillwalking - Cthulhu rising even in the dream world - how fitting. Next time they mess with you, be sure to lop their heads off with your Vorpal sword - It's your dream after all. ;D You know, I totally forgot - but the Jabberwocky in Alice in Woderland was depicted as quite Cthulhu-like.

Steve, Ron Pearlman also starred in the 1996 French film, "The City of Lost Children". From the VHS jacket back, "Set in a time and place of its own creation, this is a story of dreams in a world of imagination..." Reminds me of Dark City.

Thanks 1d - All great leads - Ron Pearlman was also in the Blade series and is making a film based on the "Fallout" franchise - A lot of "immortal" last man standing syncs lately - New Highlander, Hellboy 2, I am Legend, etc.

What is this with migrating Polar Bears - Golden Compass, Lost, Cola ads, and then the Polar Bear that sits atop Foxes Glacier Mints. Maybe the Universe is reminding me/us of the URSA star formations and Arthur and Russia
The Keep = Great, watch it. I imagine it being an big influence on the Castle Wolfenstein genre of vid-games.
The polar bear is a metaphor for Ursa Major and the USSR who coincidentally have pretty well stopped all knowledge exchange regarding high tech sensing since 2003 when Exxon and Cheney tried an oligrachical takeover to gain a staff of especially Ukranian deep well, abiotic oil experts.
